You can pre pay for a ticket or pay by cash to the driver before you leave. Payment is via cash (Lao Kip/USD/Thai Baht). Credit card payment is not accepted at this time, however you can install the Loca App and link your credit card to pay via QR code.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Vientiane or Vang Vieng within 2km radius of our pickup locations, which are this Bus stop in Vientiane next to the Cultural Hall, and in Vang Vieng is VLT Tour Office.

You should be at the pickup point 10 minutes prior to departure.

You can contact us on whatsapp at any time if there is a problem. If you cannot contact us, come to the VLT Office in Vang Vieng, or the pickup point in Vientiane, opposite the International Culture Hall.
